Meet the Team

CrossFit Delmon is a family run affiliate, and its through the team's collective passion that we have grown the our community, and can safely say that we provide a welcoming space that nurtures and develops your athletic and fitness capacity.   

Hadi Al Sharaf - CrossFit Level 2 Trainer 

Hadi has been coaching at CrossFit Delmon for over 3 years, and has a wealth of experience in coaching group classes as well as personal training. What he excels at is in producing great rehabilitation protocols that have helped many athletes regain functionality after suffering from injuries. 

His favorite movement is Deadlifts.

Majid Al Sharaf - CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Majid has been coaching at CrossFit Delmon for over 7 years, and is currently the lead programmer. Majid has also been crowned the fittest man in Bahrain in 2015,2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020; he has made his first appearance at the CrossFit Games in 2019. More importantly he is dedicated and passionate and has helped my athletes reach their potential over the years.

His favorite movement is Thrusters.

Ahmed Al Sharaf - CrossFit Level 3 Trainer

As the founder of CrossFit Delmon, Ahmed has been coaching for over 10 years and has been doing CrossFit since 2007. Beyond coaching within the walls of the gym, Ahmed is part of CrossFit HQ's seminar staff traveling the world teaching the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 courses. The primary motivation for doing what he does is to spread the amazing health benefits of CrossFit and to develop a community of solid athletes and coaches that inspire generations to come utilizing the methodolgy.


His favorite movement is Burpees.
